What do you most dread?

When reviewing your to-do list, one task will stick out from the rest. It’s the one you lease want to do. Do it first. This is your subconscious mind’s way of helping you prioritize. It wouldn’t bother you if it wasn’t important. Who knew procrastination could actually be a tool?

When we start to procrastinate, it’s probably because that’s something we really need to do, but maybe it’ll take a lot of effort, it will force us out of our comfort zone, and/or we’re worried about making a mistake.

So use procrastination to your advantage – when you start to put something off, ask yourself why you’re avoiding it. By taking the time to evaluate the task and your natural reluctance to get started, you’ll be able to see how important it is and instead will want to get started right away.
