Some people get hung up on sharing their info or allowing apps to track their location. Yes, it’s true that this does give apps more information about you, but it does allow them to better serve you. For stuff that doesn’t really matter that much, what’s the big deal? For example, I recently downloaded the Einstein Bagels app and ordered some breakfast sandwiches. It took a few minutes but was fairly straightforward. A couple weeks later, my wife and I decided we wanted breakfast sandwiches again. We actually wanted the same order, and it was one of the easiest things ever. On the way to Einstein’s, I pulled over for a second and opened up the app to place the order. It had my location and previous order stored – I just had to confirm that that’s what I wanted. Then, because my payment method was also stored, I just had to click the pay button. It took less than a minute. How convenient!
See if there’s an app for that apps can save you a ton of time.
