If you have a business and find yourself answering the same questions again and again, why not automate the response? You could put together an email template that will allow you to quickly answer a client’s question without having to type the answer from scratch. You might also want to put those FAQs on your company’s website. That way, some people will find the answer themselves without even contacting you. And if they do ask you, you can simply copy and paste the answer in your response and then direct them to the FAQ page for answers to other questions they may have.
