Projects

The last five percent of a project can sometimes take as long as the first 95 percent. It’s at least as difficult and it’s the part we dread the most. That’s why it’s the part we’re most likely to procrastinate on. But you have to close the loop in order to finish off a project. That’s part of the reason for listing the various steps on your to do list so that you can check those steps off as you go.

For projects that have multiple steps, you might have a separate, step-by-step task list for that project and only move those tasks to the to do list when they are actionable. If one task has to be completed before you can move on to the other task.
